For each customer, you can add complete information, like his name, address, phone number, email address and so on. The same goes for projects and tasks, as you can type a description for each project and task and you can even add a rate for each of them. The "Time tracking" tab of Easy Time Tracking allows you to view the time spent on each task of a project and it allows you to easily select a certain date period, by using an on-screen calendar. But the program features don't limit to adding projects, tasks and managing time, as it also allows you to calculate and view expenses for all your tasks and projects. This feature will help you keep costs and expenses under control.

At any moment, you can generate various reports using the program's data. For example, you can generate an advanced timesheet report, which can clearly display the time spent for a certain project and can list each task separately, together with the corresponding time. In case there are several users working on the program, you can create an account for each of them. Thus, each user will have access to a separate list of customers, projects and tasks.
